One of our experienced Letting Negotiators will call out to the landlord’s rental property to carry out a free market appraisal. They will discuss all relevant matters, and advise on the necessary documentation to be provided to comply with current regulations.
Once instructed, we will advertise the property for viewings, or we will contact those on our pre-approved list seeking property in the area. We request the prospective tenants to provide us with 2 references per person, one work, and one character or previous landlord. We check references, and the successful tenant will then provide a copy of their photo ID, PPS. A security deposit is requested and has to be paid promptly.
The lease is then prepared, signed and full deposit and one month’s rent is paid in advance. The tenancy is registered with the RTB (current cost is €90).
We have a list of various trades’ people available to our landlords when required.

A security deposit is requested and has to be paid promptly.
The lease is then prepared, signed and full deposit and rent in advance is paid and we then register with the RTB (current cost is €90) which is deducted from the rent prior to payment to the landlord. We inspect the properties approximately every quarter to ensure the properties are being maintained.
